All parties involved in a transaction, including buyers, sellers, lawyers, notaries, and real estate agents, should be familiar with the process and the documentation required to complete an assignment efficiently.
Skwlāx te Secwepemcúl̓ecw is not a realty office. Our role is to ensure that documents are submitted accurately and registered with Indigenous Services Canada in a timely manner.
